With its executive partners, Apta Capital develops focused investment strategies and proactively seeks investments that align with these strategies. This approach differentiates Apta Capital from many other private equity firms.

• Executive partners are highly talented individuals who partner with Apta Capital to identify, invest in and manage (or advise) a business that meets Apta’s investment criteria. They invest a meaningful amount of money alongside Apta—becoming owners, not just “hired guns.”
• Most private equity firms have a broad network of executives with whom they have an informal relationship. Apta Capital also has a broad network, built over more than 15 years, but it goes a step further and works intensively with a select group of individuals to develop and execute specific investment strategies.
